Our 120-day Transitional Housing Program serves individuals releasing from incarceration, psychiatric facilities, or homelessness who are ready to rebuild their lives. Participants enter a structured, substance-free environment where meals, hygiene essentials, and daily necessities are fully provided.
Each resident receives individualized case management and wraparound services to help them open bank accounts, build credit, secure vital documents, gain employment, create a budget, earn a free skilled trade certification, and access educational opportunities.
Every participant graduates with a clear, personalized roadmap for their future
Independent Living Facilities
Sober Living Homes
Our Substance-Free Independent Living program provides a safe, supportive housing environment for graduates of our Transitional Housing Program, as well as individuals who do not have a criminal record and are not transitioning from incarceration or institutional settings but need stable, affordable housing to build their foundation.
Residents continue to receive case management and wraparound services, access to mentors, financial literacy coaching, life skills support, and connections to educational and free trades programs. Meals are provided, allowing residents to save money, reduce financial stress, and focus on building long-term stability. Independent Living is designed to be the natural next step — a bridge between program completion and true self-sufficiency.

We are proud to collaborate with Daytona State College’s Fresh Start Program to help connect our participants to valuable educational and career-building opportunities. Through this partnership, eligible participants may have access to degree programs, skilled trades, certifications, and workforce training in areas such as welding, HVAC, pipe fitting, nursing, cybersecurity, and more. This creates a powerful pathway toward long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and success.
In addition to coaching, advocacy, and accountability, we provide guidance and practical support in many other ways. Here are just a few examples.
We sponsor the fees required for our participants to obtain their ID, Social Security card, and birth certificate.
We begin with a budget, provide quarterly goal setting, help participants open bank accounts, assist them in obtaining secured credit cards, and coach them on how to pull, read, and understand their credit reports.
Through various community partnerships, our participants receive weekly groceries, quality protein sources, and shelf-stable food items to help support their health, stability, and success.
