Who we serve

Second chances start here.

We serve adults 18 and older who are committed to living substance-free and are looking for the tools, support, and guidance to build a better future.

  • People returning home from incarceration
  • People transitioning from mental health treatment or psychiatric facilities
  • People in recovery from addiction
  • Seniors experiencing homelessness
  • Others who are ready to rebuild and step into their second chance

Is this the right fit?

Support is given where growth is chosen. Our program is a good fit for people who are ready to:

  • Live substance-free while in our care
  • Work toward solutions, not just name problems
  • Take personal responsibility and participate in their own growth

We lead with compassion and patience — and we don't enable patterns that stand in the way of progress.

For referring providers: we're FARR & NARR certified.
